50 by 120 foot inside riding arena with attached barn. 

Barn includes 7 stalls, 10 foot alleyway and 2 large tack rooms. Inside finished  bathroom.

Tack room is protected with a code lock and has 8 individual lockers, that can also be locked. 

Barn and arena have direct on demand heating, used when occupied.

Main outside arena, 90 by 190 feet, rail fence, excellent sand footing, great for jumping or reining.

Two adjoining round pens, One 50 foot diameter and one 90 foot diameter. Deep sand footing create for cow horse work. The 50 foot pen is great for starting young horses. These pens both have  5 1/2 foot panel fencing.

There are 18 single and double paddocks. Each paddock has a shelter and shared automatic waterer. 

There are 3 large pastures plus 3 smaller pastures. Pastures all have access to automatic waterer. Shelters are provided. All pastures adjoin the homesite.
